Reading that article it strikes me as weird they hired an outside charter helicopter when Trump owned a helicopter service at the time. I guess he didn't want to sacrifice any of his air craft.

He collected company owned insurance on all three. He then sued the Italian manufacturer of the helicopter and made the widows sign NDA's in order to receive any pay out. Apparently TWO rotors came off the aircraft. That's either murder or negligence by the maintenance workers. The money he received propped up his failing casinos for a while. I can't believe no reporter has covered this since 1989. It looks like a classic mob hit from a bad movie. This really should be looked into.

Trump is classless, but he gets things done. Had Obama been there, it would have been worse, but the press would have supported him.

Good to see the GOP is good with the idea that politicians can make up whatever they want, without basis in fact and not be held to account.
