Also, what she said is basically what Warren Buffett told Michelle Rhee about how to solve problems in urban schools: “Make private schools illegal and assign every child to a public school by random lottery.”
The issue is that people believe they bought the school when they bought the house.
It was in an email she wrote that was public because it was under her MCPS email and someone requested it. She did say it. You can add context but it certainly lets you know where her mind is.
Also no. She wrote an e-mail to a BoE member.
And yeah, the context is relevant. "Wouldn't it be interesting if" doesn't mean "let's do it!"
If people didn't believe they bought the school when they bought the house, how do you think MCPS would be different?

Some other people’s signs too like Sunil and Jay. Steve is very sensitive though and likes to make it seem like he’s being targeted. Too thin skinned.
I have seen tons of Steve Austin signs, all illegally placed. Not cool.
This bothers me. And I was kind of listening to him at first. He’s making our neighborhood look like the hood with all of the random signs in corners and medians. Clearly illegal and makes the neighborhood look trashy.
