Mowers wake you up? Seriously?

What about 8am on a weekday? I'd like to get it done before showering.

There's a guy on my nextdoor complaining about lawn mowing on a Saturday, at 6pm.

I think there's no winning. Some time is always going to be bad for someone else out there. You cannot please all the grumps.

Get an electric mower and no one will care when you use it. Super quiet.

Ok... what about power washing? Townhouse development, would love to do my deck in the morning. I think 8 is fine on a weekday no?

10 am, to be polite. 9 am, if you don't care. I cut people some slack if it's 90 degrees out and understand they may need to mow as early as possible.

Typically, our neighbors are at church on Sundays, but I say 8-8:30 is fine. Whatever your local ordinance is (usually 7). Our neighborhood is lawn mower central by 8:30 on Saturdays. Retirees & young families.

Most people in our neighborhood do it between 9 and 10. Certainly not earlier.

I would rather you do it in the AM then like my neighbor who puts on his noise canceling ear muffs and blows each leaf every. Beautiful.evening.

LOL, OK. My dad worked third shift for a long time, so we were an early rising household on the weekends; he was only around in the early morning. So I guess we're early birds. I literally said I don't make any noise personally at that time, but I wouldn't object to my neighbors doing it. OK, buddy.

I enjoy the sound of yard work but I would be happy with a day banning all noise. Hate loud music which is constant on my street.
