I was in a video conference call in my underwear but had a nice blouse and a blazer on top! My hair looked ok on the front, but I really didn’t brush the back. I watched 2 episodes of M Maisel, because all of this is kind of depressing.

I cracked open a beer at 11am this morning. Didn’t take a shower until 2pm. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I caught DH in the act of reaching into his candy stash, which i was not aware existed. I may have overrreacted a smidge.

I washing and moisturized my face, and brushed my teeth. That's it. Still in the nightgown I wore to sleep, with a sweatshirt over it. Hair is in the ballerina bun I wore to sleep. Glasses, because why bother with contacts.

I've realized I'm so much healthier when working from home.

First of all, I eat less at lunch and typically work right through when I would normally have a Larabar each morning if I was at work. It must be because in my head, I know I'm at home and can pop in and get a snack in a moment's notice if I need to.

Also, I've taken my hour lunch each of the days I've been home to work out. I don't do that while working because it's too much 'work' to get cleaned up and re-presentable for the day after working now. But from home? Pfft, my dog doesn't care if I'm a little stinky for a few hours.

Also, being able to work outside on my deck last week when it was in the 70s was amazing!

Working in an office IS terrible. I just never really realized it until now.

And yes, OP, I'm watching TV while working. I'm cleaning up my DVR like crazy! Finally watching those old Beverly Hills 90201 episodes from last summer.

I've realized how much I need to push myself when I have no outside motivation to get things done. I struggle with mild depression and anxiety but lead a very happy and productive life because I have no choice not to take DS to things, get together with friends, etc. Sitting at home not being able to do anything? I'm having a hard time motivating myself to work out.

Plus I'm a nurse, so I'm already stressed and overworked and all I want to do is sit around
