So while there are many, many fewer kids at my daughter's preschool, it remains open. She has had 3-5 kids in her class this week, as opposed to the typical 12. They are thoroughly sanitizing -- the place smells like a Clorox bottle.
3-5 kids is far better than 12.
My kid’s been at home with me this week but my daycare has always kept the kids in small groups and now they’ve split them even more into pairs of best friends/close in age . Workers wear gloves at all times and change constantly. They take turns cleaning. The setup of the daycare makes this possible.

Nanny. Your daycare is, in all likelihood, going to close. Start looking for other options now.
Thanks for the input, but I’m happy with my daycare situation. Go back to living your life.
Do whatever you want, I love our daycare too but I also watch the news.
You don't understand. I can't find a reliable nanny tomorrow. My H works in healthcare and I can't have my little one on conference calls with me, I will get fired.
You don't understand. In a couple of weeks or less you won't have a choice.

Actually our preschool is much safer, as they offer health insurance for the teachers and they check everyone's temperature daily. The teachers have been with the school for 5+ years each. I'm not going to find a stranger now to come over to the house and potentially infect everyone.
