I also don't like them adding in the random story lines like Elena's ex, they don't add anything to the story and screw up the flow

Maybe they added Elena's ex being so mad about "what she did to him", whatever that means, because they thought at this point Elena was too likable and Mia was too unlikable. But it's more a Mia problem.

Well whatever he did, it happened approx. 10 years ago bc he said they hadn't spoken in a decade. I'm very intrigued about that too.

I didn't read the book.

Why was Elena's ex so mad at her in New York City. What did she do to him, are we going to find out?

Elena's ex was very hot, btw. Whatever she did, he should be happy she spared him a part in the life she is currently living.

Hottie!!! I thought, Damn! His work bio makes him even hotter.

I missed why he was mad at her as well. It was a weird twist. I thought it was because he thought she was leading him on---but then when she came clean he still got angry and pissed at her.

I don't like Elena one bit though. There are a lot of redeeming people in this show. Izzie and Moody are the only ones I like.

The book is so much better.

Was that in the book? I don't remember. I read it when it came out.

Yeah, in the book didn't she help and comfort Lexi?

Can we just give a should out to the kid (probably young adults, I haven't checked) actors in this show? They are all killing it.

I don't know either.

This dynamic wasn't in the book.

Correct. In the book, Jamie is a one-paragraph character, an old high school boyfriend who spurns college to drive out west and become a hippy.

I dislike how KW is playing her role. She’s unlikable
