Agreed. I'm a cis white woman in a heterosexual monogamous relationship (married) and I see no issue with this.
If my kid grew up thinking a throuple was a good idea or healthy I would think I failed as a parent.
Agree. I don’t want my kids marrying same sex. Nor do I want them to marry interracial. It’s just the way I was raised and I don’t want to see this behavior on my tv.
Sorry not sorry.
But I’m still open and accepting of everyone. I just set a different set of standards for my two daughters.
Um, no. I hope your daughters fall in love with black lesbians. Might as well throw Jewish in there, too.
+10000. Good luck with that, PP! It’s surprisingly hard to pass along bigotry — excuse me, a different set of standards — these days.

As opposed to..? Don't say the French. At least they have the sense to have affairs and leave it at that. This is exhausting American nonsense.

I didn't know that Anna Duggar and her child molester husband had moved back to the DC area! Is that you, Anna?
NP. Now that’s a relationship I don’t want normalized for my children. Stay constantly pregnant by a pedophile? Nope.
We have gay friends in decades long relationships. Some now legally married. Some with kids. Their lives are pretty boring and not different from the straight couples I know.

That is not a family. That is three people who like to get it on together.
You don't get to decide what makes a family a family. To me, family is anybody that you care about. It does not have to be a blood-based or marriage-based relationship.
Yes, I do get to decide for myself what makes a family a family. You clearly just decided for yourself, too.

You can decide what makes up YOUR family but you don’t get a say in anyone else’s family. MYOB.

Agree
I would think I failed as a parent if my kids turned out to be bigots like the two of you! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Two of the three are legally married and the third had a commitment ceremony with both. The kids also were introduced in a fair manner. That's about as 'family' as you can get in this year with three people.
I don't see this as any different from blended families with stepparents and non-blood related siblings sharing a house.
