Give us the real update- how many pizzas did you order? Did you stick with 4 and a bag of chips or take our advice and order 10?

Thank you, Costco Pizza Lady. You have been entertaining all weekend. This one about the gift made my Sunday night.

If you're opposed to playing with you guns, then how does the laser tag party work?

Wait... I thought this was about not buying used guns from other people's kids. So confused.

Not quite. It's being vegan but holding a steak birthday at the Brazilian Steakhouse, and feeding everyone steaks, and presumably hoping everyone enjoys the meal. But then being outraged, I say, outraged! when someone gifts the birthday boy with Omaha steaks, or a gift certificate to that same steakhouse, because how. dare. you. ma'am, meat is filthy and shall never touch my child's innocent lips, so help me, god.

Fair enough And now I really want a steak.

That person would never get another invitation.

Would you host a laser tag party ?

Disappointed. Not a gun. It's an actual toy. I thought this was going to be good.

Ugh, I fell for it.

I thought this was going to be dramatic - like some psycho relative bought OP's DC a real gun as a gift.

Yes, OP had a laser tag party.

OMG.

I would have thought that people holding a laser tag party wanted toy guns in keeping with the theme. I don't normally buy Nerf guns, but will do it when people hold gun-themed parties like laser tag.

OP must be insane. No other explanation.

We don't know. She's avoiding the thread -- probably in a corner smacking her forehead.
