I disagree. There are a lot of bad coaches out there who care more about winning than player or team development. They climb over players treating them poorly to get their wins knowing someone else will come along wanting a coveted spot. All that was listed before as poor treatment to players by bad coaches is true and some clubs reward it. The coaches should look to the Nationals and all they represent for learning how to coach well setting a proper tone for players and teaching these kids how to be teammates. H.A.B.I.T [/quote]

BRYC 06 coach was the BRYC 05 coach last year. He did not develop much there.
