So curious, which neighborhood is richer- Spring Valley, Bethesda, or McLean?
Well McLean and Bethesda are homes to a few billionaires . To my knowledge ,not a single billionaire resides in DC. Not sure if this answers your question .

This sounds ominous, but I'm intrigued - please, go on.

“[Depending on] where they’re coming from or what time of day, they’re going to be in like, their Lululemon uniform or they’re going to be in their more dressed-up way,” says a 41-year-old woman who lives in Georgetown and goes to Millie’s at least once a month.
“They’ll have like, their Golden Goose sneakers on or their little fringed-bottom jeans and a T-shirt and like, you know, a crossbody Hermès Evelyne bag or something. That’s like the uniform.”
She pauses. “It’s so casual, but even when you’re dressed like you’re not trying, you’re still trying, you know what I mean? Like, you know you’re wearing sneakers, but they’re $500 sneakers, you know?”
Oh man, they do. The workout class references were spot on. Go to any pricey, boutique fitness studio between 9 and noon on a workday and seem them in action, taking selfies and boomerangs and blowing kisses into the phone camera.

That’s exactly what it is.
