No, if we are being honest, it stopped being about who her mother was when she became a public advocate herself for abstinence. Had she gone and been the no one she should have been, I'd say it's unfair to criticize. She fame whored herself out and apparently didn't learn a single lesson, so much like her mother, she's a raging hypocrite. She did this as an adult and a mother. The criticism is valid. When Kate Hudson starts preaching abstinence til marriage, railing against birth control, and telling teens homosexuality is evil, she'll get her due.

She could have been a real estate agent anywhere. Why go to a market with the highest COL when you have no experience in RE and no money to set yourself up as a developer? With three kids to take care of.

Meanwhile both of the baby daddies are off doing who knows what in Alaska.

How could she not make a profit of the house paid off when she sold it?

She bought it in Arizona which has a terrible real estate market and didn’t stay long enough for the value to appreciate. That plus closing fees for buying it and selling it means negative profit.
