They scold a bunch of kids and then they go away and the game goes on. Unless they are forcing a forfeit of the game or refusing to let the player on the field it is just a waste of time while they scold away and then life goes on.

Our club uses only one pair of shirts/socks. Two different color jerseys. Home kit is all the same. Away kit different shirt with home kit socks/shorts. Better for girls and much more cost-effective for parents.

This is another case of women being difficult. Even little tiny ones. If you would just stop doing...that...then this wouldn't be an issue now would it? Your priorities are so screwed up- obey a biological imperative or obey youth soccer regulations! I guess we know YOUR answer

There are a lot of blue teams, green teams - someone has to change to white.
Wrong. The jerseys have to be different colors, not the shorts.
Not in leagues that aren’t Rec. I’ve never seen a navy blue team play a team with white jerseys and navy blue shorts.

have multiple kids at all age groups that play for the top clubs and they can wear darker shorts with their lighter jersey.
Sorry that its "Wickedly confusing" for you to not be able to distinguish your own teammates because they have dark shorts on below their light jersies.

My son's entire club, as well as his former club, play all their away games in white jerseys and royal blue shorts. It's never been confusing.

My daughters play competitive soccer for two different clubs and both have black shorts with their white jerseys for their away kits.
