Oh, and who paid his 6 figures debts?

He’s a criminal and should be facing disbarment.
Why didn’t this person come forward during the Senate hearings? Nancy Pelosi was calling everyone she had ever met to get more on Kavanaugh. When her hand curated witness proved not credible, she had to start the prices again. The Dems must really be worried about Biden and Warren.
Please read 21:34, accept that you’re wrong about this and spend some time pondering what else you might be wrong about.
Lots.

The article says he was pushed by friends?
Then how is that his fault?
Or was his fault taking his pants down?
If so, come on. It's vulgar, but what do you expect at a frat party? Those things reek.
I think Ms. Ford had a case of sexual assault all right, but it could not be confirmed by credible witnesses, which is unfortunate.
This new thing is really reaching. I understand a picture has emerged of his unthinking, impulsive and sexually opportunistic college days, but... there isn't very much there, to be honest.
You’re basically saying ‘boys will be boys’ - and you don’t even realize it. And you expect a corroborating witness to attempted rape, which never happens. This is what women had to deal with 50 years ago. And this is why women then and now don’t come forward.
I am most certainly not, because I have a boy and he does not fit that idiotic stereotype. Please don't make assumptions about me. I don't make any about you.
BK is not professionally worthy of being on the Supreme Court. BK showed himself to be unworthy of pretty much any job with his sorry spectacle at his hearing. BK was a habitual, libidinous, drunk partier in his early adulthood. So? If Ms. Ford couldn't convince the committee that he sexually assaulted her, don't you understand that this latest occurrence is nothing at all?
Seriously, if you'd all step back a bit, you'd see it.

Kav is one of the most politically despised people in the history of America and haters will stop at nothing to destroy him. As such, we can expect random unverifiable allegations of the most heinous nature from time to time. It does not reflect well on anyone.
I don't find you believable. You hate liberals so much that you will stop at nothing to tear down victims.
What do you mean when you say you don't find be believable? You don't believe I have this opinion?

Probably. Damage control.

Eh. I wasn't really that interested in Ford, one way or the other. I was interested in Kavanaugh's more recent professional past and his behavior during the hearings.
Didn't pass muster, any of it. Which Republicans all knew and didn't care about. And they had their pick, could have put forward anyone. Insulting that they picked him and stuck with him. They deserve to lose the Senate for it.
Genuine question - what recent professional acts do you feel did not pass muster? I was under the impression he had a pretty spotless record.

https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/461436-kavanaugh-accused-of-more-unwanted-sexual-contact-by-former
“Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.
The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.
In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh's, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.
The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.”
Ok, let me get this straight....
1) BK exposed himself at a party.
2) Other students "pushed" BK's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent
So, the other students somehow managed to "push" his genitals into the open (I'm assuming) hand of a girl without her consent? She was standing there, right next to BK, with her hand open in just the right spot so that others could "push" his junk into her hand?
Then, he told the FBI but did not tell any of the Dem senators who were like heat seeking missiles, looking for anything to pin on him?
He literally couldn’t keep it in his pants. This is 100% on the dirtbag with his pants unzipped.

As was already known, this just shows that the FBI didn't investigate anything, as they were supposed to have done, to placate Flake.
PP you replied to. With the testimony provided, I'm not sure I would want my dollars to go to an FBI investigation over such a minor event. Rape? Most definitely. This? No. I must be missing something, but I don't get the outrage at all.
Anyone who partied or was in Greek life in college has ridiculous stories like this. The craziest boys, by far, were the hockey team.
