OPs kid is a high school sophomore (15)
These girls are 7th graders (just out of elementary school if it is fcps).
Even with consent he’s heading for a rape charge. Never allow your son to be in that situation. Stupid.
the OPs kid is only 14 and for all we know the girls could be almost 14 so not much of age difference. But they are all too young to be left unsupervised with alcohol and drugs poisoning. OP no way would I let my child go and I would message back the father he would be liable if any of the kids got hurt and they better shut down any parties when adults are not home.

You missed the point. The party throwing girls claimed to parents that they didn't have a party, it occurred accidentally, and blamed the boys FOR THE PARTY. The main point of the thread has nothing to do with the patio furniture.
