And since the washing machine and dryer work pretty well, maybe you could also prop open the door of the building and invite the local homeless community in to use the facilities. I mean, why not, right? And I'm pretty sure that she could pack the pool too, by inviting everyone she knows. She would be miss popular for the day with her friends, but it's a really obnoxious thing to do when you live in a communal space with shared facilities.

The printing facilities at your work are probably pretty good too, so maybe you could invite your kids' class in to use them one day. I'm sure your colleagues and bosses wouldn't mind....

I never called this woman a psychopath although that picture where she grinned like a maniac and threw up her hands begs to differ. I’m simply stating that having friends or lovers of a different race does not mean that someone can’t be racist. They should have it in their condo. The police officers asked for it, they declined to produce it so the officers said they'd wait to get it from a property manager as soon as they get there. I would keep it in my paperwork. I would also know and follow the rules.


Idiot. The police have no business being involved in this and trying to enforce condo bylaws. It was inappropriate for them to ask the people for the bylaws. This isn't their job. They were harrassing the adults and upsetting the kids. I would not stop managing my party for this request. You are a nut job.

It wasn't even clear who actually lived there as the woman and man cooking never commented. They may not have lived there. We don't know the entire story except from one facebook post from a woman who made a lot of racist comments and didn't live there.

But these people decided to stay and make a “racial” scene.

No one will know but assuming it is just because of race is not the answer either. They had a large group take over the pool and picnic area and probably didn't pay guest fees or get permission based off the video as there was no mention. It also wasn't clear who lived there. The woman on facebook didn't live there and was clearly looking for her 5 minutes of fame.

That poster was taking a dig about her and her friends in high school. To say you know her and she was never racist is one thing but to take a dig about her in high school was unnecessary.

They don’t have the burden of proof the complainant does.


It sounds like they do if they are using private property and cannot show they live there and they have a permit for the party.
