Mine got deleted. All I did was ask what her dentist said?

The woman is seriously asking for help. The blowjob jokes aren't appropriate in this context. (You could, however, note that sexual relations that aren't painful for her might be worth exploring.) Asking that people have some social awareness isn't some sort of conspiracy against men.
OP, now that a woman has condoned the idea, therefore my post might not be deleted, I would like to propose that since YOU can’t physically have sex anymore, meanwhile your husband still has regular needs a couple times per week, you should explore sexual relations that aren’t painful.

For me, it turned out that several of my muscles that connected my perineum to the inside of my hip bone were unbelievably tight. It was causing a lot of pain, especially during sex, and making it impossible to use the bathroom without splinting (supporting the perineum). We also discovered that I had an incredibly tight and effed up muscle deep inside my glute, which we think is where my first kid’s head was pressing through a very long and traumatic labor seven years ago! (My pelvis was tilted for SEVEN YEARS, I had to wear a shoe lift on one side, my whole body was thrown off...) Anyway, the solution for me was a lot of internal work from my amazing PT, which is exactly what it sounds like — a lot of really intense deep tissue massage from within the vagina. Let me tell you, someone rubbing your hip joint from the inside is...weird. But it was amazing, I can have sex without pain, I can use the toilet like a big girl, and I can wear shoes without orthotics! I swear by pelvic floor PT.
I’m intrigued. My pelvis has been tilted since 2014 when I was in a car accident. I’ve had a lot of traditional PT for it with no luck. Might this approach help me?
Totally plausible! My uneducated guess would be that if your pelvis was broken in the accident there may not be much PT can do but if it’s soft tissue they will probably be able to make a big difference. I went to bodyconnect pt in foggy bottom and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the therapist I saw moved out of town, but I’ve heard great things about several of the others. I encourage you to check out pelvic floor work, there or elsewhere — there’s a lot of muscles it’s hard to get at without internal access, which obviously a traditional PT approach has trouble with.

BJ jokes, like fart jokes, are always funny.
