He is very supportive of all the players. He cares about them and works to make each of them better. He preaches good sportsmanship, which resonates with the players and their families. My son has responded well to his coaching style, likes his teammates, and continues to have fun. We’ve had minimal contact with Cabell (other than sending him money). I’ve heard stories but as long as our coach remains with the team, my son will remain with the team.
This is the reason, OP. When the coach you work with is not only good, but honest, it's really hard to leave, even if you here that some other people cheat.

With your attitude, you're definitely in the right program. This thread has it all wrong. The DMV needs a place for people with your win at all costs, no concern for the rules attitude, because decent people wouldn't want to associate with you.
Spoken like a true loser with a loser kid.

good for you and your son and hope the experience remains for your son and his friends. Good families and kids that I’ve seen aside from ML’s opportunistic business practices and selective coaching.Anonymous wrote:my son plays for MAD LAX because his friends play for Mad Lax.
I'm well aware of the owner and his past episodes but our interaction with the program thus far have all been positive. In case you are wondering, this is the start of our 3rd season with Mad Lax.
