OK OP, I think I've figured out why you're upset about this.
We are talking about the last game of the season for the U10B in ODSL, right? BRYC Dragons vs Alexandria Silver. At the time, both teams hadn't won a game all season.
Both were 0-7, with a GD of -41 and -36 respectively.
BRYC Dragons won the game 11-0.
Am I right that the 2 guest players, who played the entire game, came from one of their BRYC Elite teams, not their other U10 ODSL team (which isn't all that much better, and also wasn't playing that day)?

So you're probably thinking your team could have called in a couple of Alex 09 Red players (from the team that made it to the finals of The Virginian), and it would have been a different story, but what would've been the point of that?
Knowing this was a lower Alex U10 team also paints a pretty good picture of how the game probably went. Your team kept trying to play it out of the back. The kids don't have the leg strength yet to get it over the 1st line of pressure, and Coach Dick from BRYC kept the high press on the whole game - channeling his inner Jill Ellis.
With all of that context, I don't blame you for being upset about it.
The BRYC coach really is a Dick: http://www.odsl.org/_element_display/#%2F91918%2Fteams%2F94722675%2F88637339-94722768%2FTEAM.html%3Fdummy%3D1560871715488

They said they were bringing two guest players, because they didn't have enough (7 a side). However, in fact, they had 8 players from their regular team, and brought two guest players from the top team in their club, both of whom they played for the entire game. This seems like it can't be right to me, and at the very least, is terrible sportsmanship.
What does DCUM say?
But, teams in ODSL can often times show the most growth and development in a season which fees into the lopsided scores. There is a ton of lopsided score variance in ODSL to not get overly excited about, hence, "it doesn't matter".

OP, unless this resulted in your team getting relegated to a lower ODSL bracket, I'd move on. Whether it was right is a different issue than whether it is worth getting involved in a dispute over it.
Well, now you told us where your kid plays and also why it just doesn't matter
1. I am guessing it matter to OP, because the form he or she quoted is an ODSL form.
2. If your point is that it doesn't matter because my kid is a bad player, you are entitled to your opinion and I don't care what you think. In fact, it troubles me that you would be thinking about where someone else's 10 year old son who you have never met is playing.

Not sure where you play, but ODSL has all of this and posts scores. I've seen some guest players in ODSL that were from a club's NCSL teams, but only when things were really tight with player numbers. We know which jerseys are from which teams by now, when they differentiate, having had 4 kids who played all over the map at different points.

At U10 - U12 there really aren’t divisions. Most leagues don’t even post scores until U12.

If you want balanced out teams then go to rec soccer. But to whine about kids being challenged against a superior opponent is laughable.
So why are there divisions and flights and a and b and c teams, etc.? Why even have teams? Why have DA and ECNL? Why even have tryouts and rosters? Just let the best players and only the best players play every game in every league and every tournament. Screw the less talented players. They suck anyhow according to you, right?
The point went way over your head. It’s a one off game. Your players do get a benefit of having the challenge of playing against higher caliber individuals, whether the result upsets you or not. Our club is not one of the big ones by any stretch of the imagination, and pretty much every single game opponents bring guest players, usually from their “higher ranked/league teams” and guess what? Adversity builds better players, regardless of level. You gotta adjust, maybe you lose but maybe it makes your own players step up their game. As for the team using them and why they play so much, having a player that can provide a solid base (ie. CDM) can allow for the others to play with more freedom and have some success. Ultimately you are getting bent out of shape over youth soccer. Your kid will live and there will be another play, another game, another season. If this is such a huge deal to you then take a step back, take it as a compliment or something. They needed guests to win a game for them; don’t be petty and roll with the punches. That’s life and that’s futbol.
Not over my head at all. Just a differing point of view. Yes, sports are about winning and losing and adversity. But, they are also about fair play and teaching in a positive manner, despite your cited life lesson about life not being fair and living with self-centered coaches. I believe in some guest playing allowed, but not stacking a team and wholesale displacement of the normal players from their normal playing time. Just my philosophy.

You seem to think sports are designed for fairness
No, but divisions and team levels are designed exactly for that, else they wouldn’t exist. Not sure what you think fair means, but it does not mean equal. It means relatively at the same level of competition within a range. Yes, it is good to challenge kids. Not sure stacking the opponent is the best way to accomplish that goal, but agree to disagree.
