I think this is something that a man who is serious about his work would avoid. Why even give the appearance that something maybe happening. You know tongues will be wagging. In the metoo environment this guy has to be stupid.
Thanks, Mike. We're adults with a moral compass that has nothing to do with hypocrisy and control. We're good.
Love how only men can be serious about their work in your world.

Does this give the impression of appropriateness?
Lol! Do you work in Reston? I walk with a Male colleage all the time. Different Male colleagues all the time.

You give me the impression of someone who is way too concerned about something that is none of your business. Do you not have enough going on in your own life to focus on? Serious question. Try to stop watching others and pay a little more attention to yourself. You might even grow enough to be truly happy.

If they are outside walking around the building, how can the people do anything questionable? I (female) had a meeting with a guy outside, sitting on a bench because it was a gorgeous day outside.
I'm sorry you have no imagination.
I get that you want to say of course it doesn't mean anything. Because it doesn't have to. But, please, you know, the walking meeting, the tête-à-tête, the sitting on a bench outside sounds romantic, private, and simply much more conducive to intimate conversation than a meeting inside an office or meeting room.
