Didn’t read the posts.
Can anyone tell me if it’s “girly”? Ala Gilmore Girls or Maisel?

Um that’s the plot. Imagine how stressed Judy and Steve are!

She works a low-paying job at a nursing home and seems like she has no idea that just one of her paintings at Steve's gallery sells for $9,000! This was a strange plot twist that was never explained.
I really like this show, but there seem to be several unexplained/sloppy plot details. Anyone else notice this?
He wasn't selling them for thousands - he was showing that on the books as part of his money laundering. It's the "layering" stage. Judy knows about the fake art studio front.

Yeah, great clothes. I think you can get similar stuff from the J Crew Point Sur line. (I feel like such a twerp/dweeb saying that but I think it's right.)
I watched Wine Country a few days after finishing Dead to Me, and started laughing because Amy Poehler wears the same exact sweater as Judy in one scene (I noticed b/c I loved that sweater on Judy). I wonder if Netflix has one big wardrobe closet that all the middle-aged women share.![]()
