The Mosaic Target has been a disaster for years now. It's clear from the get go they do not have enough staff to keep up with demand and the shelves are always bare.

That said, the Target app tells you where things are (aisle numbers) and whether they are in stock. If I get to the spot and there is nothing there, I hunt down an employee to go in the back and get it for me.

The few times I have been to the Baileys Target I was amazed to see it so well stocked!

I feel like TJ Max’s is designed for women who don’t work FT. My mom always liked it and would go there to poke—if she didn’t find something, NbD and she’s go back again another day. I am wedging shopping in between FT work, commute, getting kids to soccer games, etc. I have an hour or two per month that can shop, so if the store isn’t going to have what I want, I will be pissed.

Oh god really? This is why I never go to tj maxx type stores. I don’t want to hunt. I want to grab my kids Easter shoes, dog food and soap and go.

I don’t consider no baskets inside a disaster, I just consider that lazy employees. Like I said though, the layout no longer seems intuitive and I don’t have the time or the desire to peruse the isles.

There’s a very annoying poster on dcum that responds to posts about medical/child development/school related concern posts with “what did the pediatrician/therapist/teacher say when you asked them about this?”. It’s very condescending and annoying. I assumed that was what this pp was doing.
