I'm sure this became a thing because people feel sorry for moms who only have boys. Like a solidarity concept. So many with girls can't fathom how many of us are happy with only boys.

I have one friend in particular who uses this, but she fought a very long and tough battle to become a mom and I think she's reveling in her motherhood, which is sweet. It doesn't bother me.

I have one of each, so I guess that makes me #oneofeachmom??

ThT'smwhat I'm thinking. I'm a girl mom, but I've seen the boymom thing on Facebook. It's usually memes. I can't believe there are mom's of only boys who don't get it. Meh. I have the world's most stereotypical sons so all that shit applies but I think it's silly and don't feed into it or take it on as an identity. They are preschool and early elementary. They can change a million times between now and adulthood or they can stay the way they are. Either way,m.

Pretty much once you have boys moms of girls dump you because your kids are too crazy and you find yourself with friends that are moms of boys.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I have two girls. My best friend has two boys. We spend tons of time together with all of our kids. Our friendship has not suffered one bit due to our childrens' genders.
