If you google Steven Biss he's had his law license suspended twice and he's been officially reprimanded once. He's involved in some YouTube videos that look like wanna be InfoWars anti deep state tripe.
He's probably auditioning for a spot on the White House legal team. He must be pretty crappy to have to live in Petersburg. That explains why the suit was filed nearby.

The real numbers of users would be revealed, it's stock would tank (and bring down the NASDAQ), Trump would have a petulent hissy fit for days, and the discovery/arguments about the human centipede parody/political cartoon would be amazing. Go Nunes! You'll look like an even bigger clown and Streisand effect the clowning, brilliant. I don't think it'll help you much but it could inadvertently help society.
Agree, and that’s why discovery on this would be so delicious. But it will probably but dismissed just like this other defamation suit by another public official with Nunes’s lawyer.
