My wife is show stopping hot but no implants. She dresses sexy has a hot bod and when we go out the women definitely look at her a lot, the guys too. I swear somebody would face plant on a street pole if she had implants. We havent really gotten serious about her doing it but she has mentioned it a few times. The trauma of the implant surgery led to less or no sensation in the breasts making it harder to be aroused or to orgasm. Every woman reacts differently to surgery and every woman has different triggers to sexual satisfaction. If breast-play is tied to a woman's arousal and orgasms then she should think twice before coming under the knife.
