I wanted 3

Then I had 1 and realized I wasn't even sure I wanted a 2nd. This shlt is hard.

Ended up having 2 but I think honestly I could have gone either way. I'm definitely done though, the idea that I ever thought I wanted 3 makes me want to die now.

Wanted 2. Ended up with 2.

I have a lot of close friends with 1 kid and while I love my 2, their lives are so much easier. I get why people stick with 1.

We both wanted 0.

After 5 years of marriage (and a lot of thinking and talking) we decided to have 1 (a super awesome girl)

DH wants one more, but I think it would break my soul.

Probably sticking to 1. I've lived through some tough nights that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I'm only just now starting to feel like myself again.

Before we had kids I wanted 4-5, my husband wanted no more than 2
We have 2. Now I’d still like to have more but just one more but my husband still wants to stick w 2.
Probably end up w 2 unless my husband somehow changes his mind or there is a surprise pregnancy (neither of which seem at all likely)

Wanted- 0-2... I was flexible and not a true baby person. But my DH was quite sure he wanted kids.

Have- 2 kids, two years apart

Will Have- 2 kids is plenty for us. Sometimes I think about a third kid, but a larger family is a poor fit for us— financially, emotionally and space wise in our1800 square feet. Plus, my second child is determined to challenge us.

4,2,2. Would love a third but it’s financially and emotionally stupid.

Wanted 4 have 4 would have more but looks unlikely

Currently have 1.

How many I end up with depends if I end my marriage or not. I can’t handle having more children with my DH, it feels like tacking on more years to a prison sentence. If I leave him I’d be open to having children with someone else or on my own.

Will end up with - 1, SO changed mind about having more

How many will I end up with: 4. I am 43 now and had my last child when I was 30.
