yeah but it's in gaithersburg
Another racist. You voted for Trump, right? They look gorgeous from the outside too! Look at new home prices in Urbana, but that is probably ok since Urbana is more white?

Crown and Rio is our favorite close family destination for restaurants, movies, and walking around. Its SO MUCH nicer than the Kentlands or Fallsgrove which are the only other planned suburb/town like areas out this way.
And the great Lifetime fitness across the street with the huge outdoor pool with slides? I want to live there. I’m seriously considering it for retirement.
We also have friends who downsized from a Potomac mansion to one of those luxury townhomes. Their children and grand children live close by and they can walk to shops, restaurants, the movies and the gym. The elevator is a plus for them as they are getting old. What’s not to like?
Oh have you seen Washingtonian Center? It is right nexct to the Crown? Compelte with "Lake Cuomo", water pedal boats, swans, gees, promenade around the lake, Huge Theather, Tons of restaurants, mini train going around the lake,
walking around the lake, Mary go round.. Target, walkable streets with stores.. It is amazing area. Just go and see.
It is just perfect for families. Go in the Summer and you don't want to leave.

Expressing skepticism about the price of very expensive town homes located far from DC in an area with low rated schools gets one labeled a racist?
How many SFH in that area sell for $1.5M? Isn't that substantial above what most houses go for there?

I seriously love Rio- and I live in Bethesda!
I hope they put in something like bowling, maybe a ‘boardwalk arcade’ too - that would be super fun! Like a small ‘Funland’ Rehoboth?
