Honey, I am still raising a 10 year old. I much prefer being there for my kids. I am comfortable with it, and they are too. Do you want this to get into a discussion about stay at home vs. work out of home? I will end it at that because those discussions are ridiculous and a waste of time.

PP, so in other words, you regret that your kid wasn't either good enough or interested enough to end up at an ivy, and as such you think they are second-rate and not worth your full support?

My lovely son wasn't ivy material either. He is attending an OOS flagship that is a much better fit for him than our in-state flagship. We like the program better where he has chosen to go. We think it is a much better fit for him and for our family goal of leaving this area. What on earth could be the problem? I most certainly do not feel like a sucker.

Glad to know you make over $1M. I wish you liked your kid better.
