what about at the younger ages? Before the ECNL age groups? That coach seems to be close with Larry too.

Mikey is not leaving BRYC. With him being in charge of ECNL and coaching three teams, coupled with his Dad running the boys side, he 's unaccountable to anyone (and given his personality, that's important). The Kid is 25 and coached 3 teams into ECNL National playoffs. I would be surprised if Larry Best does not try to bring him to Spirit... Larry and Mikey put BRYC back on the map.

Kid plays on 02, the year before Mikey took the team they finished 8th in CCL. Not exactly the team everyone wanted to coach.
