No. She gets back on Wednesday and I'm not looking forward to it. Its probably not the smart thing to do but I'm trying not to think about it too much. I haven't spoken with her in a few days. I know I'm avoiding things but I don't want to deal with it right now.

Well... I didn't want to air this stuff out with my family/friends and I needed to vent to help me process what was happening. An anonymous relationship board looked like a good place to express my thoughts and maybe get some advice. The advice I got was mixed and a lot of folks thought it would be ok to call me a troll or make jokes. Just one more piece of evidence that a man getting cheated on is no-big-deal to many people.

Agreed. I am married I am not in OPs shoes. However, I would get organized for the divorce and taking care of kids. The wife, as much as it hurts, she is not worth the agony. As to the in-laws, take the high road and you will be fine.
