Eugenie planned a 25th birthday party that was disney themed. She went as Snow White and hired dwarfs to act as the 7 dwarfs. The over the top wedding was completely expected and I am not surprised the British dint want to pay for it.

One kid will be a stretch for it and her 'Princess' lifestyle. Add even just one more and she will be forced out with her new husband.

So I can't see this really working out long-term for their schemes. As for the wedding I think the Yorks have heavily overestimated Eugenie's potential popularity. I don't think they'll be laughed out of the church but pretty sure crowds are going to be thin.
