DC loves gun control so much that they got their pee pee smacked by the Supreme Court for violating DC residents constitutional rights!

Actually the victims were not firing back so "crossfire" is not accurate. The girl got hit because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

This has got to be terrifying for that community.
