They were very nice when they came to campus.

I think they live quite charmed lives.

Living in mansions, having a ton of servants (thus no chores,) private school education, summer holidays spent in exotic locales, the nicest clothes and of course instant fame.

As long as the parents are normal, loving + caring, I think they should have the very best start in life.

Just as long as they do not say anything bad about their parents publicly.

Or they may be publicly humiliated by being left out of their parent’s will years later.

Yes. I feel bad for almost all of them with very few exceptions.

I'm sure they get some perks and they have their fun being the child of a celebrity. They get to go places, do things, meet people that regular kids can't. Add in the industry connections that they automatically have.....yeah, there can definitely be an upside to having a famous parent.

But then you see some of these kids and the distorted realities that they live and how extremely flaky their parents are...(shudder).

I feel really sorry for the Jolie-Pitt kids. I think there is zero chance they turn out ok unless Brad is able to step in hard and override Angelina's crazy. I hate they're not even in school. I feel certain they're getting basically No education.

I absolutely do feel sorry for children of celebrities. All you have to do is read some of these posts and how critical they are. In fact, just look at the first one at the top of this page. I wouldn't wish that type of attention on the children of my worst enemy. I think that this is a situation where the cons definitely outweigh the pros.

I think Mariah Carey is very beautiful, but her twins look like just average little tikes.

Same for Julia Robert’s three children.

And while I think Britney Spears is quite lovely, I do not think her sons are anything special in the looks dept.

I agree that Rumor Willis is not pretty, but her self-confidence and the way she acknowledges her looks make her an attractive bad a%% in my book.

Tori Spelling did not inherit looks nor money from Dad.
And when she was young + rich, she acted like a spoiled snob during interviews so I have zero sympathy.
