Someone earlier said this house just sold two years ago. Are all the updates within the last two years? Who has this kind of time and energy? And contractors that work this quickly? I am jealous to see beautiful interiors where it looked like the contractors cared, and then quick on top of that!?

But Potomac is hugely expensive too, and Potomac is just a bit further out on Bradley. Double lot, pool, wonder if it was priced for a bidding war?

I like the house a lot but that is barely in Bethesda. Huge commute and vibe differences (which translate to price differences) between inside the beltway Bethesda and outside.
