Did anyone else see last night's episode with the Evil Mom? I wanted to cry for that poor girl. It was pretty upsetting to see. It seemed like the more negative attention the mom got the more hardline negativity she expressed about the dress that she picked out (!!!). It was such a shame because the daughter surprised herself when she loved that dress. I really felt that Randy, instead of walking away, should have asked the mom to leave or had someone from Kleinfeld's come out and remove the mom. She was horrible. I do agree with Randy that there are so many people who would love to be parents and then to see someone like this mom who was so abhorrent and unkind was awful. It is amazing to me that the young woman grew to be such a normal and apparently nice person with such a horrible role model like her mom.
Yes, I saw it - horrible woman. She even looked the part of the villainous mother. As vile as she was, I’ve seen even worse on that show before. I wonder how much is staged. For instance, the dramatic music playing while we wait to find out if a dress is available, etc. I find myself hate-watching this show and rolling my eyes throughout.
Why on God’s green earth do they continue putting large chested brides in strapless dresses with zero support? It’s a hideous look and you’d think they could steer these women in a more flattering direction. Same for the tight mermaid look when they have a big stomach. I mean, come on! There are thousands of styles out there, and plenty to flatter larger physiques.
I want to Google this episode. What was the bride's name?
I have no idea but google “Evil Mom” because I think that was the name of the episode.

I couldn't tell if she was being serious about her antics or if they were the hokum that she uses to keep her Instagram presence alive. I like the show because of the dresses and because it is interesting to see the reactions of the entourage to the dresses. That bride was so annoying that I couldn't get past it so we watched something else.
I couldn’t believe her parents and entourage were encouraging her! I would have been so irate had I been the consultant trying to help her find a damn dress.
