Oh no, airport parties were a "thing" and could be a LOT of fun LOL. You didn't actually fly anywhere but sort of went around in a group asking for directions, where is gate so-and-so? and that kind of thing. It was back around the time pet snakes and dancing in place were so popular. Time flies LOL!

People do this on the most random of posts all the time. And I agree it’s super weird. Do they find the thread by googling, and the don’t check the date? Other sites deactivate old posts to prevent this.
