Can you please share the technique you use to get volume? This thing makes my hair super flat. Thanks!

I was impressed that it was quick and easy to blow my hair pretty straight. It did not add volume. It was not as hot or loud as I expected. The ends of my hair flip out in weird ways but maybe that is my poor technique. My main issue is that I have a Ouidad cut for curly hair and it does not look smooth or even when straight.

I have a lot of it, but it's not particularly thick. It did get straight, but there was frizz on the outer layer and it just seemed dull and it wasn't sleek at all. I would have to use a straightener or a curling iron to get it to look better, so it's not a time saver for me. It is way more high heat than I typically use (I diffuse my hair for a few minutes and then let it air dry) and I just think it's not worth it for me. I can see how it would be awesome for people with different hair types. Back to Ulta it goes.
