Nothing juicy. I live a very boring life. And I only seem to know equally boring people living equally boring lives.

Can you find out if somebody has filed for divorce on that website?

My ex-husband had to pay a woman $10,000 due to a civil suit. No idea what that was about, but of course he never mentioned it before we got married. So happy I divorced that psycho, but wish I'd done my due diligence.

No they don’t.

No people can pay someone to remove from search engines. It's not hard. And people do it all the time.

People with sufficient disposable income. Another example of privilege. Privacy really is the ultimate luxury.

I removed myself from most of those websites and it was free, well, it cost me time and energy. I google myself once or twice a year to see what’s out there.

Keep your nose clean and you have nothing to be worried about.

I disagree. A person can get caught up in something that ends up being completley unfounded. Even in cases where it's unfounded the case remains for all to see. Also, divorces are posted, which has nothing to do with a dirty nose.

You can get the records removed. In some cases you have to pay, in others you don't and not all things qualify for removal. But unless you take that action, any complaint remains in the database as well as charges that are dropped or where you are found not-guilty.

$35 in Montgomery County to shield anything from the internet once a person has done their time. In otherwords case closed. Fill out one form and it's a done deal.

That only works for criminal cases. Why should any stranger get to see that I had to file for the court’s help for other things. Zero context is provided.

I needed one of those suspect boards that they use on all of the crime shows to navigate that one!

I live in DC and thankfully have never done anything to turn up on the MD list or any other, but am always thankful I have a generic name that may as well be Bob Smith for how common it is.
