Good point. No typos, no insults.

If he continues on his road of respect and professionalism, we may be looking at the next president. An articulate, heartfelt speech. And no teleprompter needed. Straight from the heart.

Yep. Dare I say ... presidential? In the true meaning of the word.

It's a stark, stark contrast for sure.

No Joke felt like I was watching JFK and Bobby.

Imagine him running against Trump in 2020. I think he'd win easily. His courtly Southern manner would flip a couple of red states, I bet.

No. 48% of them still voted for a racist pedophile lunatic. How low have we sunk that it's cause for celebration, that a man like this didn't win?

Yeah that's a concerning number, but change starts small.

Thank you Republicans for running a flat out lunatic
with child predator disposition and Bannon for his amazing efforts that got the minority vote OUT!

Trump just made a coherent polite tweet congratulating Doug Jones. This really is upside down day. Alabama is blue!

This is pretty impressive, let the blue wave continue!

Here's hoping that some more practical and people focused policies will improve the lives of the folks who live there.

Steve Bannon is clearly overrated. He had nothing to do with Trump’s win in 2016.

Trump is a rookie in politics. The fiasco started when he appointed Jeff Sessions to be the AG. Big mistake. Sessions is very weak and ineffective, and now he loses another seat in the senate.

Glad to see Moore lose. Democracy still works.

Doug Jones wouldn't have switched the vote either way. Even if it were 50-50, Pence casts the deciding vote. Do not kill my buzz tonight!

A couple Rs are waffling on the tax bill, though.

Yup. Time for Mainers to call Sen. Collins again. Even a delay would help for a better more equitable outcome.
