I was wrong. In reality, the fact that I had to choose meant neither were right for me. If I could do it over I'd dump both and wait for someone who left no doubt in my mind that they were the right one. The guy who checked off all the right boxes and looked great on a pros/cons list turned out to be absolutely miserable to live with and even worse once kids arrived.
This. The fact OP is having to choose between 2 women tells me he isn't in love. When you're truly in love you don't want anyone but that one person. Op is talking about these women like they are a purchase.
Op here. I've only known them for two months. Why would I be in love? That's a little fast.
Because you're a man. That's why. Men usually KNOW a lot more quickly. You'll most likely never be in love with either of these women. You also seem very immature and superficial. You don't list any qualities that truly make a relationship great besides sex, which yes is important. You list the qualities about each woman like you're trying to decide which kind of car to purchase.

A. Girl 2 may not be hot forever.
B. Hotness doesn’t mean a damn thing when life gets real and you need a partner. It won’t matter how hot she is when your parents are ill or one of them dies. You’ll need someone who can rise to the occasion.
C. She’s high maintenance. That’s a no no. It’s not at all cute when you’re in the same house dealing with it day in and out.
D. You like #1 more sexually. Sexual satisfaction is important.
E. You like #1 more period.
So why is this even a question??

To be fair its the non-explicit forum. Euphemisms are common, even required and that particular one is easy for everyone to pick up on.

A CRNA will make $200k+. Can you keep up? They have awesome schedules.
WTH is a CRNA?
How much school di you have to do to be a CRNA?
nevermind. ... that's pretty good money for 2-4 y of school after BS.
However, I hope both of them drop you. Your evaluation of each of them is very superficial - looks, money, child-bearing propensity, and sexual value. All of these tend to change over the course of a lifetime. I can see that you have the lind of outlook on women that is the prime foundation of divorce.
