Arrested Development. It's quirky & deadpan. And genius.
Curb Your Enthusiasm

Seinfeld
I also like Mary Tyler Moore and I Love Lucy but they're very different from the above.

Yes. I'd say it's most similar to Curb Your Enthusiasm. Look up deadpan in Wikipedia and Arrested Development is given as an example: "Many popular American sitcoms use deadpan expressions to deliver dry humor, including Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, and My Name Is Earl."

Golden Girls is the best written comedy in my opinion. Talk about ahead of their time. All in the family and Mamas Family are my 2nd and 3rd choices. Everyone Loves Raymond and King of Queens are my distant 4th and 5th.
