I adopted a dog without a fenced in yard. I lived in a townhouse and they were fine with my talking about how I'd walk the dog a bunch of times a day, both for elimination and for exercise.

People who stay stuff like this clearly have no experience doing rescue. At all.
Right now there is simply more demand than puppies available. I’m sorry if that makes you unhappy. Those rescues are gonna be the ones stuck taking back dogs when the pandemic is over.
No rescue is making money on adoption fees. They have to transport and provide health care to the puppies, many often ill with parvo.
People suck.

But lots of people live in cities with no fenced yard and have dogs? Our friends in NYC cook for their dogs. The dogs have best friends at the dog park and invite their doggie friends to their birthday parties every year. Hard to imagine a better home for these spoiled dogs even if it does have a fenced yard.

Many good quality people don’t have a fenced in yard and are being turned down by judge mental people from a dog adoption. The dog is the one that looses out.

We are PAYING fo an adopted dog!!! a fenced in yard should be our choice not the adoption and rescue people’s!
