Hoping it's Maura. I thought BK would be what Maura said -- someone who looks at data and assesses the success of programs objectively. Instead, we have another SB member who won't do anything that implies criticism of those who have gone before (and appointed Murphy).

I want someone who's going to look for the best interests of students. ALL students.

Guys remember that these were just the primaries, where candidates run to see who gets the endorsement of the parties. O'Grady or Gutshall are on the School or County Boards yet!

I agree. I wanted Maura, but am also please with O'Grady. Hopefully Maura will give it another shot.

Probably not likely, but maybe an independent in the vein of Vihstadt will step up as a challenger! Of course, we would also have to elect him/her, so probably doubly unlikely. Ugh. This county is maddening sometimes.
