Read the WaPo article posted. Out of all the emails she forwarded, none were classified (at the time she forwarded them) and two email chains were retroactively classified after the FBI's review. Comey grossly misstated the number of emails in his testimony a few weeks ago.

Dude, her server had classified information on it. That's considered a spill. The first thing you do is remove it from the internet and take possession of it. Common sense.

Something does not have to be marked classified to be classified. If I read a classified fact on a closed system and then retype it in my personal email and send it off into the internet, what I typed is still classified. Do you get that?
