Man. The level of denial by white people about obviously provable facts is astounding, once they have the benefit of anonymity.

Stuff like this happens on a daily basis in America. Perpetrated by white people. Go talk to some Muslim, brown or black friends about this, if you have any.

This whole thing is weird... I'm white and I don't doubt for one second what is happening here---however, we are missing the first piece that led up to whatever happened. Either there was a) some sort of altercation that had the woman acting out and revealing her racist thoughts in anger or b) she is mentally insane, spewing racist horrible things like some kind of psycho at random people in line. Because it IS NOT NORMAL to act like that.

Take this for what it's worth coming from an anonymous person on an anonymous site but I read that this video was confirmed and it is legitimate. It was on my Facebook feed so it might've been a local news page.

It's also remarkable just how immediate people jump to the "they must be mentally ill" line, when a white person does or says something out of convention. Yet... the people making this claim are also regularly of the "personal responsibility" camp. Most of the time, when people are jerks, it's because they choose to be so. They are in control of their behavior. A bit less than half the country is not all mentally ill - being a jerk and ignoring facts is a choice.
