+1. I am the same way. Just coffee until lunchtime. I have started having some carrot and celery Juice (make it myself) mid-morning, but that is about it. I can never stomach anything the first few hours after I am up. It is odd because I don't eat a heavy dinner, and I am done eating by 7:00 pm. Lunch is, and has always been my main meal. I don't know if that is biology, the way I grew up eating, or both.
