I am 50+ and just bought two tankini tops and modest bottoms from Lands' End. I normally wear a two piece but was starting to feel like I wanted to show less skin. The tops are a bit hard to pull on over my head and past my breasts. Maybe I ordered too small?

I think I'm going to be very hot with so much material around my middle once it's 90+ degrees.

The tops are very modest, i.e, fit close around breasts and under arms so no danger of flashing anyone. It's going to be an adjustment for sure and I'm curious to see how I'll like them.

I'm 40 and a petite mom. My go-to brands for swim are Boden, La Blanca, Lauren by Ralph Lauren. Can occasionally find something cute at Target or Old Navy but the three brands mentioned prior have good quality swimsuits in flattering cuts.

Anyone ever tried averie? I'm 41, and usually Boden is my go-to as well. I'm really digging this style and they have it in many patterns

I think athleta fits so much better than lands end. Plus better quality.

Andie suits. Love the material, very forgiving and lots of cute one pieces.

Just look for a tankini and swim shorts. If that what you want.

Where do you normally shop? I think Target has some good ones.

Carve designs- secure fit because you can actually swim and SUP in them but also cute and flattering bikini tops and bottoms, tankinis, one pieces.

Nike also makes tops and bottoms with good coverage but not frumpy.

I tried Athleta, did not like as much.

Basically any brand that is intended for active water sports will give good coverage without looking too frumpy mom.
