Subject: Money can't buy good taste. Big ugly houses coming up everywhere. Super sized bad architecture.
Ive been in some homes of 4000 sq ft that felt hollow/empty/cold but have also been in 10,000 sq ft home which felt homely, warm, comfortable. It's not always the size, rather the inside floor plan/flow, room dimensions, window placement, kitchen/bath/closet details, and the furnishing. No matter how large a home, it must have some cozy spots where one can feel comfortable, not worry about making a mess, etc, etc.

The best thing about a designed house is that when you die in it nobody notices because they are overwhelmed by the design. I've heard they can't even smell your decomposing corpse due to their senses being so thrilled with their surroundings.
