Is the drug dealer allowed to return to Churchill for classes?

According to MOCO Running, he was in 9th grade at Bullis in the fall of 2012. Since he is currently a senior at Churchill, that indictes that he has been in high school for 5 years. That would explain how he is 19 years old and still in high school.

According to the case recored search database, he was born December 1997 so he just turned 19 in December. According to his Facebook, he attended Bullis until 2015 and he started at Churchill in 2015.

It really funny to see all these sheltered Potomac moms that have absolutely zero idea what goes on at Churchill. Churchill is widely regarded countywide by students as one of the more drug influenced schools in the county. These assumptions are far from wrong and should be addressed. There are simple and straightforward reasons for drug activity at Churchill the most prominent being that EVERYONE AT CHURCHILL HAS THE WEALTH TO BUY AND SELL DRUGS AT AN ELEVATED LEVEL. I cannot stress enough how oblivious so many parents are to what actually goes on. You may think your kid is an angel and has done everything correctly in regards to completely staying away and saying no to drugs, but most likely you are wrong. If they have happened to manage to maintain abstinence from drugs by all means good for them. In summary, contrary to popular belief kids of all backgrounds are selling drugs and even more prominently in wealthy communities like Churchill. WHERE THERE IS MONEY THERE ARE DRUGS.

I knew it from the 70's and 80-90's. There were always drugs. There and elsewhere.

I'm old enough to remember when Churchill was the shining beacon on the hill of this County.

Your DS obviously doesn't tell you about everything that goes on at school, or everything that he sees. I went to Churchill, graduated in 2000, and drug issues were rampant. If you think students there aren't drinking or doing drugs, you have a rude awakening coming for you sometime real soon. The difference between the W schools and places like Wheaton are that at Wheaton, the kids are mainly doing street drugs, and at the W schools, we are doing "high-end" prescription drugs. I still remember the main local dealer while I was in high school. He was a Whitman kid whose mom had a slew of issues, so he had access to a suite of drugs for sale. He'd openly invite kids to his home to do the deals though, vs doing them in public, because his mom didn't even care.

And to the mom who said she'd have her kid drive to Cabin John to use the bathroom - wtf kind of helicopter mom are you? Raise your kid to say no to drugs and he'll be fine. It's not like there are drugs being sold and used every second of every day at Churchill. He'll be fine to go to the bathroom and no one will shove a bar down his throat. If anything, Cabin John Shopping Center is more dangerous because that's where all the off-site sales go on.

Of course it's different from Wheaton HS! For example, there haven't been any Xanax drug busts in school bathrooms at Wheaton HS, as far as I know.

Now there's a blanket statement. Some kids actually are almost 20 when they start college. Some kids are even older. Some kids are younger. Different people do different things!
