Yet another reason not to swear at home, at all, ever. If parents do it at home, it's pretty impossible to tell the kids not to do it. If concern is a daughter, it'd especially a tough sell to stop doing it if the mom swears at home.

Don't allow it AT ALL and the same with texting and social media.
