I love it, knew several growing up in an Irish Catholic area in NY (along with other seemingly hard to pronounce names like Siobhan, Seamus, and Callum). It is my favorite from your list.

You might know how to prononounce it, but the first thing that came to my mind was Eamon/Demon. Hopefully kids won't catch up and start making fun of the name.

Haha! I would find it hilarious if a friend told me that's how they chose their baby name, but yeah, probably best not to spread it around.
Incidentally, after we chose the name for our upcoming DC, I remembered that an old family pet had the same name. We're still using it, because DH and I love the name, and I won't be offended if my family is surprised or makes jokes at first. Everyone will get used to it once the baby arrives.

Not the same, but a friend named their baby the same thing as our dog (Hudson) and they were very sheepish and apologetic about it. I obviously thought it was funny and didn't care at all. I'm glad that you aren't letting a former pet name shoot down the name for your child!
The dog and I are so proud of our little namesake.
